Golden kittens fly the flag for Amiryck

Isla and I had the most amazing day out on Easter Saturday at the South West British Shorthair and Kernow joint shows.  We took our two golden kittens who did me more than proud.

Elsa won her breed class and got two seconds (behind her brother) in her sides and Cecil had a red card day with wins in both his breed classes and all his sides, BOB, best British kitten at both shows making him best kitten in show at the SWBSH show.

Kara and Seren have both had their kittens now.

Kara has delighted us with 5 colourpointed babies, 2 male and 3 female.

5* forever home wanted

Through no fault of their own these two gorgeous cats are looking for their forever home.  They are currently living in Somerset with their owner.  Preferably to go together.

3 year old blue colourpoint British Shorthair and his year old golden/brown spotted daughter.  Both cats are neutered.

There is nothing better than seeing pictures of kittens that you have bred, happy in their new homes.

Two girls from Sticky and Maddies litter in 2013 went to live “up north” with an alpaca breeder we know. I was blown away when I saw their photos recently, my pretty kittens have turned into beautiful girls, what a fab job Barbara must be doing with them. Thank you Barbara for the photos.

How Apt!

The last of our 2014 kittens has winged his way to his new home in a car not on a broomstick… Very appropriate that the black kitten should leave on Halloween!  His new owners will have all the cuddles they could want for from this delightful boy, now to be called Salem.

Opal and her kittens are going from strength to strength – we are so pleased how they have come on.

Opal’s brood

We were devastated to lose Opal’s colourpoint boy at the weekend.  Having got to 4 weeks with the kittens we thought we were pretty much out of the woods.  However, he took a very sudden turn for the worse and slipped away from us very quickly.  The rest of the gang seem to be doing well and are rapidly developing their personalities!

Opal has bounced back very well and is very happy to be in looking after her kittens.  It is good to see her so playful that she won’t let the kittens play with HER toys!
